Dinner time

I just love this time of year when I can eat in my backyard
on the plate: vegan kebab (or gyros if you prefer) - thats just fried soy chops marinated in kebab spice, on top of that is garlic sauce (made with home-made soy mayo ), of course mashed potatoes and spinach with tomatoes
I really like this dish! so yummy and fast to make! (I often eat it with fries instead of potatoes)
